The Brevard Music Center Campus offers a wide variety of facilities including the newly-renovated Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium (1800 seat amphitheater), Straus Auditorium, numerous large rehearsal spaces, over 100 practice rooms, housing, Searcy Cafeteria (dining hall), and outdoor recreation areas. The Brevard Music Center’s Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium serves as the main stage for Blue Ridge Banjo Camp. There are 1800 permanent seats under the covered section with ample lawn seating on both sides of the open air venue. Nestled into a beautiful cove with Pisgah National Forest as a backdrop it is an inspiring location for a great musical experience.
The Brevard Music Center is dedicated to making a great experience for all of its participants. Brevard Music Center, 349 Andante Lane, Brevard NC
Take I-26 E to the Asheville Airport exit, #40 (old #9). Turn right off the exit onto Highway 280 and drive 16 miles into Brevard. As you approach downtown Brevard, you will see directional signs to the Music Center. Travel time: 45 minutes from downtown Asheville
Take Highway 64 W to Brevard. At the intersection of Highways 280 and 64, turn left toward Brevard. As you approach Brevard, you will see directional signs to the Music Center. Travel time: 30 minutes
Take I-26 W to the Asheville Airport exit, #40 (old #9). Turn left off the exit onto Highway 280 and drive 16 miles into Brevard. As you approach Brevard, you will see directional signs to the Music Center. Travel time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Take Highway 276 into downtown Brevard. Highway 276 becomes Main Street. Follow directional signs to the Music Center from Main Street. Travel time: 1 hour
